Stever and Associates has partnered with PetScreening.com to comply with rules and regulations regarding legalities, ESA, and service animals (as well as pet liabilities) in a property.  
There is a nominal fee that is paid to Petscreening.com. Stever and Associates does not retain these fees. For this fee, you will receive a report for each of your animals that is good for one year and can be provided to pet sitters, vets, other rental property owners, etc. If you do not have any pets, or you have an ESA or Support animal, you still must complete the screening and there is no charge.
For pet owners, upon completion of the screening, you will be provided a FIDO Score, which ties into the amount of monthly pet rent you will pay, on top of your advertised housing rent.
