        PET POLICY

As part of the application process, Stever and Associates has partnered with 3rd party to comply with rules and regulations regarding legalities of ESA, and service animals (as well as pet liabilities) in a property.  
There is a nominal fee that is paid to this 3rd party. Stever and Associates does not retain these fees. For this fee, you will receive a report for each of your animals that is good for one year and can be provided to pet sitters, vets, other rental property owners, etc. If you do not have any pets, or you have an ESA or Support animal, you still must complete the screening and there is no charge.
